SHIPPING

We will always try to process your order the next working day after it is placed but during busy times please allow 2-3 working days for your order to be processed before shipping time commences. Shipping speed calculated at checkout.

SHIPPING COSTS
All shipping costs are calculated based on your location and reflect true costs post brexit and the pandemic. We understand that shipping costs can be a little high but unfortunately as a new small business we can not subsidise any of these costs ourselves. Thank you for your understanding and for your support regardless.

EXPRESS SHIPPING
We do not offer express shipping as an option during check out. If you would like express shipping at an additional cost please contact info@bioeditions.com before placing your order and we will see what we can do.

DELIVERY SERVICES & TRACKING
We can not ship to PO boxes or a different address to the address provided at checkout, even if requested. All deliveries are tracked, you will receive your tracking information via email within 3 business days of placing your order. Shipping is a self-track service which means you are required to keep up to date on the whereabouts of your parcel. Please keep an eye on your junk mail for emails from our couriers. TAXES & CUSTOMS FEES
All listed prices are inclusive of sales tax unless otherwise stated. Please be aware that customs charges may apply depending on your location. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure all charges are paid in full. If charges are not paid and the item is returned to Bio Editions the customer is liable for all further shipping and customs charges thereafter.
